Cancellation Policy Update June 2020

Customers, please note that we are booked out over 8 weeks now. We have a very long waiting list for guests that want to get in for appointments.

We have to enforce a cancellation policy. We need a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you do not cancel within this time you will have to pay for 50% of your service before you can book your next appointment.

We are very sorry we have to be doing this but we have had guests cancel a few hours before their appointments, or just not show up, this is not fair to the ones that need to get in.
